NoWa

NoWa was struggling to create meaningful connections with its customers through email marketing. After an initial strategy session and learning more about their business, we designed a plan that would leverage the most effective touchpoints on the customer journey. We then introduced automations (flows) in Klaviyo to improve communication with NoWa's customers both before and after purchase.
