Alma de Ace approached Email Kong to help them implement a campaign strategy for their Limited Edition Capsule launch in collaboration with none other than Coca-Cola®. We crafted a two-month plan to tease their Limited Edition Capsule and warm up their email list before the big launch.

During the first month of our campaign, we used long-form story-based emails to connect with Alma's audience. We made its customers fall in love with the brand all over again. A simple call to action was included in each email, inviting recipients to sign up to a private list in exchange for early access to the launch.
During launch week, we only gave Early Access members access to the site. We sent the password for early access on both SMS and email. By entering a password, people on this list were able to get into the launch 24 hours early. This resulted in Alma's biggest-ever day in terms of revenue, breaking records in less than 12 hours after launch.
With over 150 customers already securing their items within the first 12 hours, we focused on creating a heightened sense of urgency and exclusivity for the rest of Alma's audience.
After the launch, we sent a product spotlight email every single week to show off each of the best-selling items. This helped drive consistent revenue for the rest of the month while building on the momentum of the launch.
