how email kong started.

Email marketing was broken - and everyone in the industry knew it.
Brands were paying agencies for cookie-cutter flows, recycled templates, and monthly reports dressed up to look like results. The real work - the strategy, the customer psychology, the technical architecture - was being skipped.
